The MM Nagar plant is a State of Art Production facility constructed envisaging the growing demands of 2 Wheeler, 3 Wheeler and Industrial Application Pistons. The lines are highly automated integrating LEAN Manufacturing principles.

The plant has brought Foundry, Machine Shop & Surface Treatment facility under a Single Roof. The plant can produce pistons from 45 mm - 120 mm diameter for both gasoline & diesel applications.

The facility incorporates critical technologies like Online Gauging Facility, Multi Cavity Die Casting and Specially Improved Die Cooling Arrangement which ensures Higher Quality & Production rate. The plant conforms to all Environmental & Safety norms.
